Results are what matter, but what I respect is the level of effort.

It rained all day today, but it cleared up in the evening.

Hello this!!

I’m rein to pencil.

How was your day?

I’m not bad.

I made some progress on project, I handled the job reqest smoothly.

So I’m happy with that.

My goal is make to “handmadelures”.

Another day, another battle with hard wood.

I guess I’ll let you off the hook for today.

That said, all I did today was carve a little bit of hard wood.

I’m working on it little by little every day.

I got some japanese “nomanju”♪
I wonder why we say “no”.haha

Look, a rainbow!! I managed to go fishing for a bit in the evening.

So, something happened today.

I have several clients, and I spoke with one of them today.

According to him, they are severely understaffed right now, and it sounds like a very tohgh situation, even to me.

It was clear to me that the situation wouldn’t improve anytime soon.

But he said it’s hard to change jobs at this age, so he will continue working without overdoing it, taking care of her health.

I was so impressed with your answer.

Because I felt that was a way of life I couldn’t adopt,

I’m not catching anything latelyヽ(;▽;)ノ

Sometimes I feel like everyone in this world has a role, and we’re just playing our parts.

And I wonder what my own role in this world truly is.

I don’t know.

I don’t know for sure, but I’ve alwys believed it’s important to fulfill my responsibilities in each moment, and I intend to continue living that way.

I believe a truly great person isn’t about raising the most money, working the fastest, or managing people the most efficiently.

It’s about understanding your own role and giving it your all.

I truly respect everyone here: those who quietly get the job done, those who brighten the mood, and those who are always thoughtful.

You all work so hard at things I cannot do, and I admire you for it.

Believe it or not, back in my younger day, I was ruthlessly competitive at work, and I felt like I was surrounded by enemies.haha

Are you putting your best effort into what you’re good at?

seria “Bay the way, I’m a really hard worker, but I don’t have natural talent.haha”

Well, that about it.

Let’s hang in there together tomorrow.

And may everyone be happy tomorrow, too.

See you soon, bye( ̄▽ ̄)ノ
